Robert, Is the best there is in this difficult situation and makes things much more easier knowing he is on your side. Every case and or adoption he has handled was a win and having him in your corner in a custody battle is so much better to handle the roughiest situation to ever have to deal with.

I normally do not write reviews but I have to this time. I found RR in the court room actually and we had our first consultation. I was a mess and scared when I walked into his office because I had never been thru a custody battle before, it was the best decision I ever made. Our case was very difficult and a lot of twist and turns thru the other party and lots of snake moves from the other side but this man jumped on it like it was nothing almost as if he was playing a chess game that didn’t have any room for losing. Nothing scared him and honestly a couple of times he got pretty upset because of what the other person was doing and he basically danced around them in that court room. He is like a shark and I swear to everyone that he was born to be in a courtroom. He’s the best, on three separate cases he’s done for my family and I know he doesn’t know it but he not only saved me but my little boys life from a very dangerous man. Thank you for everything that you’ve done for us.

I recently won the lottery by having Justin as my court appointed attorney. He got my felony knocked down to a misdemeanor and got me released with time served after only 16 days in Montgomery County Jail. Granted it was my first time in trouble but I felt like he actually cared about what happened to me. He took plenty of time to explain everything to me and was 100% honest about the possible outcomes of my case. In the end he got me exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be more grateful to him for his kindness and professionalism. Justin if you see this. Thank you again for all you do!!!

They were very detailed with the modification agreement. They suggested the best Amicus and Mediator to handle our case due to the difficulty. John went line by line with me on the modification agreement and made sure that all the wording was in a way I wouldn't get penalized in the end. I am forever grateful for the way my case was handled with this firm!

Unfortunately, due to a high conflict ex I have a lot of experience in family court. Mr. Rosenquist took on my case with a lot of unresolved issues and frivolous filings left from previous attorneys. He has resolved everything very favorably. Honesty, knowledge and experience. It was obvious to me he has earned respect and a solid reputation in the court and with judges. I highly recommend Justin Rasch of the Harrison firm in Conroe, TX. My daughter’s mother and I had a difficult custody case that started early in 2018 in which neither of us were represented by an attorney. The case was initially heard by an associate judge in Conroe and that quickly went against me, following a number of false allegations made by my daughters’ mother in court. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with the results of that hearing and I immediately hired Justin to file for a de novo hearing (filing needed with 3 days of initial ruling). Justin was behind the eight-ball so to speak, because he needed to quickly come up to speed with the details of the case to properly represent me. Justin was up to the task and quickly went to work, reviewing documents, text messages, speaking to witnesses, gathering medical and dental records as well as records from the day care center. Justin was very careful through the process, to not spend time (and not bill me) for things that would likely not add much value. In the end, I was awarded primary custody of our daughter and this was absolutely the best possible outcome for our daughter. As you can imagine, there are a number of attorneys out there that will take your money and promise the world however in the end, you may not get you the results you expect. If you are serious about your case, then talk to Justin. Should the need arise, I will hire him again in a heartbeat!

I hired Robert to guide me through my high conflict divorce case. He was the second lawyer I hired and the best decision. He came recommended to me by a family friend and I was very lucky to have him on my side. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Robert Rosenquist has been my attorney for almost 3 yrs. now. Sad to say that but I have a very difficult ex wife. He has helped me with many enforcement orders on my behalf and custody modification on decree. It takes lots of patience and time for good results of course if you have everything needed to build a case. He does wait until last minute to speak with you regarding the case but at the end he follows through. He has listened carefully and has always answered all my questions with honesty. He's had two assistants both great buy the way especially Amber! I call her and she immediately gets back to me. I am so pleased with him and unfortunately I for-see using him in the future.

During my initial appointment with Robert Rosenquist, he promised that he would do everything he could to make sure I received a fair trial. However, he also told me, "80% of people who think they are going to trial end up settling in mediation." I told him I wanted a trial. He promised to give me a trial. In preparation for the court hearings and trial, I sent him documents and emails. He did not respond. He told me he did not have time to answer my concerns. He did not give me advice.

We paid for an appeal of small claims court and it was never filed. He signed a release which we explicitly said we did not want to do. Refund? NO. Answer our questions? NO.

It was like he was working for the other party in my divorce case. He didn't keep us informed and we ended up doing all the work for him. My temporary orders weren't done correctly, and we're very sloppy, he was rude, and hateful in emails when he's called our about not getting done what he promised. He might've been a good attorney for someone else, but my experience was awful, and over $4,000.00 later, I'm having to have another attorney fix what he screwed up. We paid in full everything up front, and at the last minute he said he'd have to have another $5,000.00 or he wasn't doin another thing for us. He didn't give a care in the world about my child or my family at all. And I'm still waiting for his secretary, Maria, to return my phone call since June..guess she's still "in a meeting". Look elsewhere for an attorney with a backbone, he will NOT fight for you and it's all about dollar signs for this little man. Hope this review helps others before they make the mistake I did by hiring Robert Rosenquist.
